At Bramble & Brew, we believe tea is more than just a drink. It's a soft moment, a way to unwind and a fantastic method of intaking vital antioxidants, polyphenols and flavonoids and much more! While our magnetic teapot has already made its way into many calming corners, we’re steeping up something new behind the scenes...

We’ve been lovingly testing combinations of herbs, florals, fruits and leaves that not only taste beautiful, but feel like a little gift to yourself, as well as providing a myriad of wellness benefits. 

Here’s a peek at what’s brewing:

Raspberry Relief (Menstrual & Hormonal Support)

Purpose: Ease cramps and support the female cycle
Key Ingredients:

• Raspberry leaf – uterine tonic, eases menstrual cramps

• Peppermint – soothes spasms and tension

• Rose petals – calming and nurturing

• Gentle support, brewed with care...

Reset Brew (Post-Workout or Detox Support)

Purpose: Refresh and replenish after physical activity
Key Ingredients:

• Nettle leaf – anti-inflammatory, rich in minerals

• Hibiscus – supports hydration and circulation

• Turmeric – reduces inflammation

• Lemon peel – antioxidant boost

• Replenish and reset with this bright, tangy blend.

Evening Calm (Sleep & Wind-Down)

Purpose: Support restful sleep and gentle relaxation before bed

Key Ingredients:

• Chamomile – naturally calming, helps prepare the body for rest

• Lavender – soothes the mind and promotes sleep quality

• Peppermint – eases digestion and settles the body

• Rose petals -  comfort and relaxation

• Sleep softly with this dreamy, floral blend.

Why Loose Leaf?

Loose tea isn’t just prettier to look at (though it is!). It allows each ingredient to steep fully, giving you more flavour, more aroma, and more of the good stuff — without plastic-filled tea bags or mystery dust! Reducing microplastic intake with every steep.
